MASTERLINE BULK SCHEDULES
The Masterline Bulk Schedule facility is part of the OPG electronic banking service. It allows customers to transmit high volume payable order schedule data to OPG quickly and securely, offering the following benefits:
- Convenience
- All you need is a telephone line, a modem and a copy of our free and easy to install software, obtainable from the OPG Account Adviser team. You don't even have to be a user of our mainstream Masterline Reports and Payments Service.
- By sending the file to us at the same time as the Payable Orders are despatched you should receive no more telephone calls from OPG querying "No Schedule" items - these calls are now chargeable.
- Separate file total authorisation sent by fax for increased security.
- Speed
- Immediate confirmation that your payable order schedule information has been successfully received at OPG.
- All files supported by a separate faxed authorisation, received at OPG by 3.30pm, will be input the same day.
- Peace of Mind
- Automatic verification is carried out against the schedule of payments on every payable order presented for payment, helping to prevent fraud.
- Validation checks ensure that any problem, at either end, is identified and investigated immediately.
- You specify authorised users within your organisation.
